Our client a Major multinational services company require a sales team leader
The successful candidate will have at least 4+ years experience in Sales Team leader / Management role and will be a high achiever with the ability to train, motivate and monitor the sales team. You must be results focused, will analyse reports and can identify and implement the necessary improvements. The corporate culture is very entrepreneurial and fast paced. The person must be dynamic, energetic and committed to making a positive difference to the company through the effective management of the Sales/telesales team.
Responsibilities will include:
*Assisting in the management of approximately 60 telesales staff to deliver sales to target
*Ensure the sales/telesales activities are planned and projected to support the revenue targets through the effective use organisation and distribution of leads
*Improving conversion rates per call
*Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls and presentations to existing and potential new customers.
*Meet and exceed sales and productivity targets
*Ensure that targets and business objectives are achieved as set out by the sales manager.
*Oversee a the coaching and development strategy with all coaches and implement a performance matrix for coaches
*Carry out regular one to ones with all sales and administration staff with a view to increasing retention and the ongoing development of all staff
*Maintain excellent relationships with the customer in order to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to all customers
