The main purpose of this role is to develop new ICT business with key Corporate customers. To manage existing business and to build and develop relationships with senior Corporate contacts in accordance with business strategy. To achieve set targets & objectives
Principle Responsibilities include :
To develop sales plans per account according to agreed standards
To achieve targets for revenue and profit from accounts
To provide customers and potential customers with competitive customised solutions
To establish a favourable climate with the customer
Please note that you must demonstrate on your CV with examples of how you meet each of the essential criteria influence or take part in the development of the ICT Strategy in selected accounts
To act as an interface in the provision of products and services to customers
To propose solutions to meet the current and future needs of the customer
To provide regular feedback on business that is won and lost and to provide regular sales reports.
To undertake other duties as required by the Line Manager
Qualifications Essential qualifications for this role are:
Essential Criteria
- Ability to negotiate at a senior level within customer organisations
- Good technical understanding of ICT concepts
- Team worker with business and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self starter with drive and initiative
Desirable Criteria
Direct sales experience with an ICT service provider
- Project management experience
- Educated to degree level
