Our client a Hospital based in Dublin wishes to recruit Clinical Nurse Managers with Midwifery experience.
* The prime purpose of the role in this mid-level management position is to co-ordinate the development and delivery of nursing/midwifery services.
* You contribute to the integration and service development aspect of nursing/midwifery delivery.
* You also make a proactive contribution to development of new services, facilitate protocol development for quality assurance and performance development.
* The main responsibilities are: management and co-ordination of resources, staff development, monitoring performance standards, facilitating communication and utilizing negotiation skills and providing professional/clinical leadership.
* Must be registered with An Bord Altranais & have excellent relevant expereince
