A Major Technology Leader is currently seeking fluent French speakers with client services experience: Customer Services Order Management & Sales
You will be required to sell a range of products to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. In doing so, they will provide our customers with a professional and courteous service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.
Functions:
o Phoning existing customers and generating increased sales
o Managing the relationship with existing customers
o Ensuring samples/brochures, etc are forwarded on timely basis if required by customers
o Participation in product projects when required
o Responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of their assigned customers
o Primary contact for their assigned customers
