"International Corporation require a Part Qualified Accountant"
Our client a leading International Corporation specialising in Commodities Trading are wishing to recruit a Part Qualified Accountant for their offices based in Dublin.
This is an exciting job opportunity where you can utilise your accounting skills:
Key areas - revenue, expenditures & cash management
month end reporting including JE preparation & input (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets/depreciation, payroll, banking), uploading info from sub ledgers (receivables & payables), f/x revaluations, preparation of management accounts, variance analysis and month end account reconciliations.
Transfer pricing check re purchases & monitoring the % achieved
Enforcement of internal controls re receivables, purchasing & bank mandates
Assist in the implementation of a new financial & banking systems
Preparation of timely tax returns (PAYE/PRSI, VAT & Corporation tax)
Quarterly budget & forecasting
A/P data input, matching with PO's, timely payment of suppliers & statement reconciliation
A/R tracking, application of payments, aged analysis & m/e reconciliations
Cash flow preparation and maintenance (short & long term) to review liquidity.
Candidate will need to have following attributes:
" Trainee accountant with good working knowledge of Irish GAAP, accounting systems & processes
" Good work ethic and willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.
" Good excel, word, access & systems knowledge
" Good analytical skills.
Mon/Fri: 9am/5pm,
